Refund Policy

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of TLA Software. Trial versions of Attach to Hand Mail and Attach to Hand for MS Outlook are both available for download at this and other web sites. These trial versions have the same feature set as the registered versions except that the trial (unregistered) versions will time out after 30 days. TLA Software encourages you to use the trial period so you can determine if you are satisfied with the software. Once you have purchased Attach to Hand Mail or Attach to Hand for MS Outlook and sent in your registration number, you will receive a "code" to convert the trial (unregistered) version to registered. Once TLA Software has sent the "code", we cannot grant a refund. Please make use of the liberal trial period, then support us with your registration fee.
